    Online orders are going to deter me from coming in on my lunch break. Me being in the retail business is unprofessional I'm there in person. I'm not a complainer but this bothers me

    Requested that my food not be spoken over, and to have the protein pocket remade. She persisted to give me temperament and pushed the employee off of the line to "do it herself". Employee walked off and hid while she restarted my food with maniacal behavior. After she had informed me how the protein pocket was made and that the item couldn't be modified. During the fresh vegetable placement she listed off the ingredients; hastily finished the pocket and completed the purchase. I apologized for upsetting her when I should have been reimbursed or directed elsewhere. They could have a team meeting. Disorganization and unsanitary behaviors, clean up. This action took place on June 15th, 2026, @ 3 p.m.

    The customer in front of me pointed out that there was a marker that had been dropped into the bucket of meatball marinara. The employee fished the marker out of the tub, threw the marker (splattering marinara sauce everywhere), and then dumped more meatballs into the tub without changing everything out. So I assume people who order the meatballs will consume whatever germs were on the marker. Also, the employees just didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency and were a little rude. Nobody was behind us in line, our sandwiches were made, and we were waiting to pay at the register, but the employees decided to restock all of the veggies on the cold bar while we just stood there waiting. The bread was literally rock hard when we finally left to eat. I hadn’t eaten there in years, and probably won’t go back for several more years.

    "Christ" was really pushy. I told her we were not ready to order yet and she kept pushing for us to be ready on her time. Honestly should have walked out then and there. I understand they were busy with some sort of catering order, but I don't appreciate being bossed around. Additionally, my sandwich, while I specifically chose something off the menu, and read it off while another employee assembled it, added nearly all of the veggies, which I did NOT ask for, nor was it listed on the menu. ​I was so baffled that I just paid and left. Not worth the energy.
