  Came in for dinner for myself & kiddos to have after a hockey scrimmage we had in Somerset. There was a gentleman waiting at counter when I got there. I got in line behind him. There was 2 younger people sitting in a booth talking, otherwise it was empty. Never once was either of us greeted or acknowledged. He walked out. I stood there for 9 minutes while the employee proceeded to make sandwiches from online orders. Again she hasn't acknowledged me even though I am literally standing at the case. I finally asked, "Is there someone else that can help me? Do we need to make our own sandwiches? I have been standing here for 10 minutes and you haven't made eye contact or greeted me." To which she said, " I am the only one here and I have to finish online orders before I can help you." I said, " So you are telling me you have to do them before you can do the people that are standing right in front of you?" "Yes", she said. I proceeded to tell her how unprofessional it was that she couldn't even look at us or greet us and and how disappointing that was and left. There are literally 2 places for families to get food in Somerset DQ & Subway. So I ended up going to Kwik Trip since DQ line was 10 cars deep and a line inside. Do better Subway

  The service was bad. The guy helping did not have a hair net. His hair was everywhere. He ripped the bread open and spilled half the meat on the counter then proceeded to pick it up and put it back in the sandwich with his hands. Then said it was fine because he was wearing gloves, after he touched everything with the gloves.. not sanitary. Never eating here again.
