  They won't sell you a phone for your carrier anymore, they used to charge you a fee.

  I called and went to Manitowoc on several occasions and they will not answer the phone or weren't able to help me with my phone came to Sheboygan location and Luis was very knowledgeable and helped me get my phone back on... Him and Andrea need a raise!

  Luis has helped me out on 2 occasions he’s been helpful, informative, very knowledgeable on the phones, he took his time and made sure everything worked out 10/10
