  What a mess this place has become. I travel and stopped in for the first time in a while. The manager that was there absolutely ignored me. He stood there in a daze. The place doesn't even seem like the same store. Disappointing.

  Owners and management should be completely ashamed of themselves for only having 1 staff member during lunch times. Ordered in advance and still ended up waiting in line for 20+minutes Which means my simple sub ordered took them almost an hour to complete.

  Employee didn't change gloves after handling money, oven, drink cooler, etc. before making sandwiches. This happened many times during our 20-30 min there.
