Absolute trash company. They have no loyalty program for upgrading your phone. If you are an existing customer you pay the whole price for a new phone plus any activation fees they have, but you're only allowed to make that decision after a year of service. So, not only do you they make you wait a year to even have the option to get a new phone they don't even give you a discount or anything to do so, what's even the point of the upgrade being an option then? Make sure you get the phone you want when you sign up because it is the only deal this company will give you and most of the phones you get a "deal" on are super cheap to begin with anyway. Also, don't break it, you will end up either having to pay even more for the same crap phone you already had or paying the same amount for a phone that's worse plus another activation fee (because there are no more deals after you buy your first phone). As far as service, my phone doesn't even get service in the city I bought it in. If I walk up to the same store with the same phone they sold me, running on the same service they provide for it I do not get any service. I can't make a call, search the internet of send a text except in small areas of the city and even that is only because of public city wifi. I am in the process of looking for a new carrier that actually appreciates its customers and doesn't make it seem unreasonable to want to upgrade your old, scratched up, obsolete, crusty phone after owning it for 2+ years
