  Visited THE SUBWAY in St. Germain on 7/6/26. Place was packed. Two employees were working hard to keep up. Wanted to give a dhout out to the woman behind the counter but her name wasn't on my receipt. It was around 1:00. She gave great customer service & kept her cool. People were also calling in orders

  Waited several months before returning this evening. The teenager at the counter our previous trip was extraordinarily rude. Hoping things had changed after all of these negative reviews we gave it a go only to find a different rude young man who doesn't listen well also. We're local residents that have been going here for years and are done with it. Many better options. Hey owners, you've got a problem here.

  They really take pride in their sandwich making and it honestly makes the food taste better. About the only subway I'll wait to get to
