  We stopped at the Subway in St. Germain during the lunch rush, and I have to give a lot of credit to the gentleman working there. It was truly a one-man show, with a steady stream of people coming in, and he handled it incredibly well. He was friendly, efficient, and kept everything moving. Our sandwiches were well made and fresh. The Black Forest Ham was freshly sliced, and you could definitely tell the difference in the quality and freshness. Everything was put together nicely, even with how busy he was. My only complaint would actually be directed toward Subway corporate rather than this location. The bread seems noticeably smaller than it used to be, and the portions seem to have gotten smaller as well. It feels like you're getting less sandwich for the price compared with what Subway used to offer. That said, the employee at this location deserves recognition for doing such a great job handling the lunch crowd all by himself. Great job!

  This is adressed to the owners directly :Your poor employees have worked without working A/C for the whole summer...they were overheated and experiencing brain fog from the heat inside the kitchen and counter area. Patrons were also uncomfortable but wouldn't take the chance to leave the doors open even though it was cooler outside because it may invite in the flys. Just pathetic treatment of your employees! I hope they all give a 2 week notice...you deserve it!

  Visited THE SUBWAY in St. Germain on 7/6/26. Place was packed. Two employees were working hard to keep up. Wanted to give a dhout out to the woman behind the counter but her name wasn't on my receipt. It was around 1:00. She gave great customer service & kept her cool. People were also calling in orders
