  Yesterday, my car’s battery died near an advanced auto parts store. Since it was likely a problem with the battery, I decided to visit the store to buy a new one. As soon as I arrived, Brandon J. came to my assistance. He was not only polite but also incredibly helpful. He offered me valuable advice, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Brandon J. and the store for the exceptional help they provided me.

  Went to get extensions for battery to trollingcmotor. Lisa and her workmate were all in on extra customer care in helping me find parts and understand what the heck I needed. Great local shop! Great vibe on customer welcome! Zero hesitation, eye rolling, avoidance etc. Notttt Walmart! Tried to fill in survey on link on receipt. Soooo convoluted! Orrr OE. Shop local !!!

  I had to purchase a new headlight bulb and asked if they helped replace the new bulb. The lady couldn't guarantee but she would try. She took hurt time, didn't rush as it wasn't easy. She was extremely helpful and I am greatly appreciative for her help.

  Last night, not long before closing (after mechanics' shops were closed), I came to the St. Francis, WI store for help because my car alarm was continually going off. It was driving me nuts. José saved my life, by exploring possible causes and solutions. With an inexpensive product, he taught me how to solve the problem. It was such a relief! Also, they had those blue mechanics' paper towels on sale (Scott brand). I love those.
