  I returned 3 items they had the same. She the paper that I printed off to return with. I only got credit for1 pair. What is going on. Time to file a complaint

  I have been using this UPS Store for many years, and it has been amazing to watch the growth of the new ownership and staff. Over time, I have seen them learn, adapt, and build a truly solid team. Through every stage, they have remained respectful, caring, patient, and willing to help customers understand the process. The owner, whom I believe is originally from India, consistently goes above and beyond. What stands out most is how well she works alongside her staff. I’ve watched her and her team grow together over the past several months, and it is clear they have built a strong, hardworking crew that genuinely cares about providing great service. The UPS Store offers far more services than many people realize, and this team handles them efficiently and professionally. Honestly, seeing everything they manage on a daily basis has given me a real appreciation for how much work goes into what they do. They keep things moving smoothly while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I also have to give a special mention to the blonde employee who can sometimes be heard singing loudly in the back. Not only does she bring a little extra energy and personality to the workplace, but she is also one of the most customer-service-oriented people I have met in my 47 years of working. Her friendliness, professionalism, and ability to connect with customers make a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication. It’s been a pleasure watching your growth and success, and I look forward to continuing to do business here for years to come.

  Patricia, Brandon and Kelly were so amazing. We went in to get a picture enlarged off my phone and all 3 went above and beyond to help us!!!

  Excellent service! They were very busy and were still able to get my print job done (last minute, no less)! Even cut my flyers at no extra charge, saving me all kinds of time, paper-cuts and tears;) Thanks, guys!

  Nice store but when I was there today it was unorganized and not very efficient. Maybe it was the Holiday weekend hangover of being back to work. The process seemed much slower than other more efficient UPS Store's I have frequented in other towns and cities. All I had was a Amazon return drop off that needed little to no assistance, just scan and print my receipt. No reason to stand in line for over 15 minutes. They have potential but need a clear effective way to process customers quickly.
