Chicken was undercooked some pieces still felt like rubber when I bit into a piece this is the texture when chicken is undercooked. highly alarming and disgusted! When I explained the situation I was told there is nothing they can do about it. I had to throw my whole order away! I am extremely upset. $30 dollars down the drain. Never again will I order anything from wingstop ever!! Eat at your own risk

I just left here and I swear I feel like I’ve been poisoned. There was something they put on the fries that taste like chemicals and almost made me barf! This was absolutely disgusting! This place needs to be shut down immediately like I’m ready to go get myself checked out! It was that bad!

I was coming from Chicago and I was stop there they are such a good people working over there they are very helpful it was great experience
The service was above average but the freshness of the chicken was just short of horrible the sauce on the chicken was tasty but the chicken was not freshly cooked it’s texture was as if it was cooked one hour previous to tossing in the sauce this was my first time ordering from wing stop and I won’t be rushing back any time soon

I like the people at this wingstop but this is the second time now I've been given raw chicken.
My usual order is honey mustard as a side with just a chicken sandwich. Both times this has happened, my honey mustard has been nacho cheese and my sandwich undercooked. Both times it was the same worker. I am not one to be pissy about fast food because at the end of the day we're all struggling to get by in the economy and these jobs suck. But this is an actual safety hazard.
I wasn't going to make a review the first time it happened but now having experienced it a second time + my sister's friend getting food poisoning on another occasion, I feel like this needs to be made aware of.
I'm not asking for anyone to be fired but to please make sure the food is cooked thoroughly. I'd rather it burnt than undercooked. At least you can usually eat burnt food...
