  The customer service could be much better. I came in to pick up a package and the woman behind the counter ignored me when I said Hello. I said thank you once I got my package and she said nothing! Manners shouldn’t be optional.

  The manager(franchise owner as he deemed himself) was extremely UNHELPFUL with returning a pkg that was heavily damaged to my home by UPS. He only "partners" with UPS therefore he couldn't possibly offer additional options or assistance with a basic return. Great example of how easy it is for machines to replace humans who can't think.

  Ms Robin at the Greenbay Rd office in Racine, was very helpful to me. I feel she went above and beyond her duty to assist me. I really appreciate her for being so patient with me. If everyone in Coustomer Services were like her, a person who doesn't mind helping people. Thank you Ms Robin for your service.

  Julie was fantastic. She put together a proposal for me and then waited while I contacted an online purchaser. Everything was kept together, package professionally and shipped out. Julie is a remarkable asset to the UPS store. She has great customer interaction skills and is very knowledgeable about UPS shipping products and policy.
