Taliyah was very helpful! I had a number of Amazon returns and she was patient. Thankfully it was not busy in the store at that time. I prefer returning Amazon items to UPS store rather than Kohls. Quick and easy!

Taliyah provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I arrived, she was patient, professional, and extremely kind. She took the time to print all of my labels and made sure everything was completed correctly. Even though I had several questions, she remained calm, friendly, and willing to help throughout the entire process.
What impressed me most was her positive attitude. She was always smiling, approachable, and genuinely seemed happy to help customers. She made the experience easy and stress-free, and her excellent communication skills made me feel valued and respected.
Taliyah clearly takes pride in her work and demonstrates a strong commitment to providing outstanding service. She is hardworking, efficient, knowledgeable, and pays attention to detail. It is rare to meet someone who is both highly professional and genuinely caring.
I am very grateful for her assistance and would like to recognize her for doing her job exceptionally well. She represents UPS in the best possible way. The counter person always take care to add my customers email so the can receive their tracking info directly instead of me having to send it. In the past other ups store in Milwaukee on s 1st street told me that couldn't be done. The Racine ups store is awesome and the employees are all great

Is there a way to give a minus 5 star here?
If you’re shipping packages, I think this place is fine. However, I went in to photocopy some very important documents that I had received from overseas.
One employee overrode the other employee and took over. It all went downhill from there. She didn’t inspect the documents or ask me any questions. She unclipped them and immediately fed them into the copier, with the default setting on 11” x 14”. In the process, the first batch was torn at the top because the pages were stapled together.
Isn’t it part of the service to examine the documents before doing anything? Or ask me question on how we should arrange the documents since I asked for multiple copies.
She mentioned the issue to her supervisor, and he said, “There is nothing we can do about it. He should have taken care of that.”
In the end, we had a blob of documents that she had no idea how to sort them apart.
As Jeremy Archuletta said in his 1-star review, “No accountability.”
Want to ship packages? Go there. Anything more complicated, such as photocopying important documents, go somewhere else.
