  I was constantly cat called by a worker which isn’t even the reason i was going to comment but then when i had my sandwich flipped there was a hair on the bread. I am a blonde so this definitely was not mine.

  Food never looks fresh and can often be incorrect. Had jalapeños that I didn't ask for on a sub I ordered through DoorDash.

  I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. We spent over $50 on four subs, and every single one ended up in the trash. The quality was completely unacceptable—stale bread that crumbled apart, brown lettuce, and tomatoes that were slimy and mushy. This wasn’t a one-off issue either. I’ve ordered from this location before, and the food quality has consistently been poor. It’s extremely disappointing to receive food that is clearly not fresh, especially at that price point. To make matters worse, I tried calling multiple times after receiving the order, and no one answered. There was no way to address the issue or get any resolution. If I had known DoorDash was sending my order to this location, I would not have placed it. This experience was a complete waste of money. For comparison, the Lathrop and Spring Street locations in Racine have always been reliable—fresh ingredients, well-made subs, and a completely different experience overall. Shame on you for knowingly serving your customers this kind of food and thinking that it's Ok. Y'all got a screw loose.
