  An absolutely terrible experience. What I witnessed at this establishment raises serious concerns about basic sanitation and hygiene standards. I personally saw what appeared to be rat droppings in the premises, as well as small cockroaches. For a business that prepares and serves food to customers, this is completely unacceptable. What was even more disturbing was seeing hair from the staff end up in the food. This is not simply unpleasant — it is a serious issue of basic hygiene and food safety. The owner also left an extremely negative impression. Instead of responding professionally to these concerns and trying to address the situation, the owner was cynical, rude, and disrespectful. It gave me the impression that customer concerns and the cleanliness of the establishment are not being taken seriously. A food establishment should never have customers witnessing insects, signs of rodents, or hair in their food. After this experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this place and will not be returning. If the management wants to maintain customers’ trust, they should seriously address the sanitation of the premises, staff hygiene, food-handling practices, and the way customers are treated.

  Very fast service. I love coming here and appreciate that they dont have the covers on the windows so I can see how fresh the ingredients are! Great service.

  The guy was rude and my sandwich didn't come as I ordered it. Instead they took away the main thing I wanted on it to put banana peppers. Not cool at all.
