I was unbelievably happy about the service I received in trying to send a package. The young man who helped me (aiden) went above and beyond what he needed to do. I Find it very refreshing to meet a worker who not only knows his job but is willing to go the extra mile to give good customer service. If the management is trying to decide who deserves a raise my vote would be this employee

Thanks to the young man who shipped my package, and I must say he was the most polite person. Thank you for your service.

Crap service by Ashley. Im the only person in the store and she couldnt even utter the words hello. The entire transaction dialogue consisted of her giving me a receipt and saying "there you go".
