  I’ve had cricket for awhile now and never had a problem with service or dealing with staff or customers service. Very professional, understanding, and helpful. Today went to get new phone at the cricket on Douglas and the manager Tyler was very helpful and understanding. Best service I’ve had with a cell phone company in forever. Thank you for your great and amazing service! Definitely recommend cricket 😀😀😀😀

  I do not know who's running this location now but every since the previous owner left this store has gone down hill! They're never open on time I always see customers waiting in the parking lot says they open at 11 , then 10 am but u literally won't see anyone there til about 1pm , Gladly been taking my business to the one on Green Bay Rd! Learn how to conduct a responsible business.
