  I have given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately the experience keeps getting worse. The food is consistently cold whenever I order, which is unacceptable for a restaurant that serves freshly made sandwiches. What is even more frustrating is the attitude of some employees. Whenever I ask for a simple customization or ingredient change, they act surprised or annoyed, as if customers are not supposed to customize their orders. Two staff members in particular, a young woman and a young man, were extremely unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly on several occasions. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Customer service should be respectful and professional regardless of what a customer orders. I hope management addresses these issues because the food quality and staff behavior at this location need significant improvement.

  I agree with others that said this location is clean, efficient and very professional. Food is the standard Subway fare and it’s one of the only locations where the lettuce looked fresh and not browning or wilting. Very little cell reception/data in this location but that’s not their fault. Good spot for a quick healthy(ish) lunch.

  Easily the best Subway I've ever been to. Great crew and owner. Get a sub at least once a week!
