  Shame on this store. I had a label made at the store for a small 3# box and it was $45! The same label made at home online was $12. Lesson learned, what a rip off.

  I have a post office box at this location. I’m disabled with a false leg that has a problem currently. I called to pay my fee and they refused to except my payment over the phone, even after I explained the situation. They said they don’t take payments over the phone. One would think that they would make a reasonable exception to their policy. I have been a loyal customer for about 6 or more years. I guess they want to see me hobble my way in to make this payment.
