  This fedex is awful. After claiming my address was undeliverable (even though they have delivered here before). They wanted me to come pick up very large piece of furniture that I do not have a car big enough to take. When I explained the situation, they said they would just send back to company and I should reorder. Easy for them to say, it was an end of season close out. Zero help on their part and zero attempt to redeliver. Avoid using FedEx at any cost for shipping.

  Went to fed ex for copying and faxing stuff. I was so lucky to run into Claire who is at the front desk. I’m 78 years old and don’t know how to fax. Don’t have a copy machine. Don’t have a computer. I have a iPhone and a iPad. Anyway, I had important stuff to get out to an insurance company. Claire was so helpful so experience so thorough in her job. I had two hours on the phone with my insurance companies and Claire made me feel better after the two hours with them on the phone. She sent things off and as a result, I bought extra stuff that was on sale in your store. Thank you very much for having people like Claire. She’s a joy, easy to work with and definitely an asset to the company.
