  I bought a sub online, paid, the subway app said it should be ready but they say they never received the order. Showed them the completed order and payment (in their app and on my credit card). They repeatedly refused to make my sandwich. I had to finally call the local police (non emergency line) who called the franchise owner before they finally decided to make the sandwich I had bought and paid for (with proof). Worst STAFF and MANAGER ever. Avoid Avoid Avoid!
