I bought a sub online, paid, the subway app said it should be ready but they say they never received the order. Showed them the completed order and payment (in their app and on my credit card). They repeatedly refused to make my sandwich. I had to finally call the local police (non emergency line) who called the franchise owner before they finally decided to make the sandwich I had bought and paid for (with proof).
Worst STAFF and MANAGER ever. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Ordered online (BOGO footlongs), had the bag tossed to me and was treated as if i wasn’t standing right there.
Husband was nearing the end of his sandwich when he pulled a long, stringy, dyed piece of hair out of the steak and cheese. Needless to say neither of us finished our sandwiches and we opted to not go inside to complain due to service during pick up.
Please do better.

The staff told a customer that he was unable to change what was on the wraps, wouldn't let him get things on the side as well and was super rude to him. There was no bread , but they had a ton of it on racks and would not let customers use it. Horrible staff probably the worst customer service skills EVER!!

The person working this afternoon was really rude and unwelcoming. Long wait for an expensive mediocre sandwich.
