  I absolutely love the convenience of this Wingstop location since it’s only five minutes from my house, and I eat here at least three times a week. The customer service is phenomenal—I’m here so often that the staff knows me by sight and grabs my pickup order without even needing to ask my name. However, I am leaving this review in hopes that management can address a recurring kitchen issue that is making me consider taking my business to the Appleton location instead: the amount of grease left in my containers. It seems like the chicken is not being drained at all before being boxed up. When I order in person, I can specifically ask the front staff to drain it, but that isn't an option for online orders. I frequently have to remove the chicken and physically pour pools of grease out of the box before I can eat. The excess grease is getting to the point where it is starting to upset my stomach. The stellar service makes up for a lot, and I really want to keep supporting my closest neighborhood spot. But the Appleton location doesn't seem to have this issue. I need the kitchen to start draining the chicken properly, or I'll sadly have to start making the drive to Appleton instead.

  Was not very clean and the dining area doesn't even have a garbage can so you can throw your trash away. I was there with my 2 kids and probably won't be going back.

  Stopped in with my sone to dine in for dinner and stood at the counter ready to order for 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us. No, “hello.” “We will be right with you.” Nothing said. Very disappointed. We were looming forward to seeing what the hype around the wingstop product was all about. My son and I left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings and were seated, drink order taken, and food order taken in less than 15 minutes. Something seems backwards in this whole experience.
