  Service for night shift was fantastic! Food was fresh and was prepared fast. One of the cleanest wing stops I’ve been to.

  I visited this wingstop because I was tired of eating Fond du lac food. The voodoo fries were so good and the lemon pepper wings were bomb. They even gave me a lot of cheese on my fries, which was great because in Texas we only get a little bit of cheese on the voodoo fries. The manager was very sweet and even brought our food to our table to us. I will return the next time I'm visiting Wisconsin!

  Had an online order I placed. I set it an hour ahead. I got there exactly at the time it said it should be ready. After walking in, no one asked what I needed, or why I was standing there. After 14 minutes of just standing there, my name was called. Food was good, service wasn't.

  If I could I would give this place their service and their store manager FAITH 0 stars I would very unprofessional … I placed a order and came 15 mins after my order was supposed to be ready for faith to tell me that they just sold my wings to another person who walked in 5 mins ago I would have NEVER placed an order if I thought that my food would be given to someone who walked up to the counter my name was on the board under the READY section when she called my name to tell me that my wings were in fact not ready but NEVER EVEN STARTED I had ordered an hour previously not good for business and now I have to wait 3-5 business days for my refund I would never spend another dollar in this place .

  First time ever trying Wingstop. Got lunch for our office staff. Ordered online. Everything was correct, and prepared in a timely manner. Website was easy to navigate and place our order. The staff at the Jackson St. location were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The facility looked clean and orderly. Food was excellent. We all had boneless wings and fries. The chicken had a nice crunchy breading, and the fries were crisp and seasoned well. Some of the best fries I've had from a fast food or fast-casual restaurant. Only gripe I had, and it's easily fixed, is the wings weren't sauced very much. I can possibly understand why this was done. Too much sauce can make the breading soggy, and that doesn't make for a very good experience texturally. I'll just remember to get some additional sauces for dunking next time I order. More sauce options would be great, but the ones they do have were very tasty. Definitely adjusted on the mild side though. A 3/5 flame sauce had nearly no detectible heat, but it was delicious nonetheless, especially the Jamaican Jerk BBQ. Overall, I would highly recommend this establishment and will definitely be back again soon. Keep up the good work!
