  Workers were really sweet, however, they messed up my whole order. I only ordered wings and they charged me for a combo, additionally, they screwed up the wings I ordered. And finally, they didn’t even give me the ranch I ordered. I’m very disappointed as there is no wingstop near me, wouldn’t really recommend this location.

  Order online pickup for 2pm, wasn’t ready so I left. I called the store and waited on hold for 25minutes, no one picked up the phone. I come back at 2:30pm my order is now done and not even on the tv order list. Meanwhile the female worker behind the counter is talking to her boyfriend. 0/5 stars. Customer service, wait times all lead to customers not returning. Very disappointed. There is no supervisor or manager in the building to address these problems.

  No gloves??? A lady had was rubbing her nose and touching other places on her body and didn’t wash her hands either.

  Came during lunch and the staff were incredibly busy but very positive and made a first experience amazing. They were quick as well. Amazing staff who complimented each other in the back and very polite to each other 😊
