  Very disappointed with my experience today. As someone with formal culinary training, I understand the difference between fresh produce and produce that is no longer suitable for service. The lettuce being used was severely discolored and showed clear signs of age and deterioration. When I expressed concern and requested fresher ingredients, the replacement lettuce presented was in similar condition. Unfortunately, the situation escalated unnecessarily. During the discussion, an employee's mother, who was present in the store, inserted herself into the conversation and contributed to the tension rather than helping resolve the concern professionally. This created an uncomfortable environment and was inappropriate for a customer-service situation. Rather than addressing the quality issue, I was told that if I wasn't satisfied with the ingredients, I didn't have to order from this location. I took that advice, declined the purchase, and left without completing the order. Two prepared subs were left behind, and I visited another Subway location where the produce was noticeably fresh and the service was professional and welcoming.

  Very friendly and attentive! Was happy to see that they have a drive thru! Dining area was very spacious!

  Had an online order. Went in to get it, lady was serving one customer and acknowledged me as the pickup order. She then proceeded to service everyone else that walked in the door and made my sub 25 min later.

  Staff were super friendly, nice & fast. Came here last minuet to pick up an order to feed 7 people. Allowed me to do it even with lunch hour. Appreciated them helping me out and being so kind.
