  I didn't have credit card to make a copy on the copier, so I asked if he could make copies, he said, yes but it will cost more(didn't say how much) (I assumed $.40 a copy) after a long time 5 minutes, he meets me at checkout then I waited again, for him to type in the transaction (took forever) then he said $3.47, I said "what?" His reply, "I told you there would be a surcharge, I replied "you never said how much! ** I then gave him the two copies and left. I then went to Kwik Trip and paid $.29 a copy. This guy must be new, the past employees went out of there way to help and never excessively charged for it, you know "customer service!"

  Went here earlier today. The man behind the counter refused to help me, in doing so I did not get my document sent out today. I would be cautious of using this place.
