I was really not looking forward to going to cell store for device upgrade....just like going to the dentist. I was pleasantly surprised...Trish and Karla not only did a painless and quick upgrade they were also very personable and entertaining....5 stars for oshkosh store.

The young man that helped my dad and I with upgrading my phone was very knowledgeable in what phones fit the specs I wanted, and he didn't constantly bombard us with upsells or promos. He casually asked if we were interested in anything and when we weren't, he made it clear it was just a formality and that he wouldn't pursue it further. I've had worse interactions at other Cricket locations, but this one was a great experience.
