  I visited the Osceola Subway for lunch. Ordered a protein pocket. It became quite clear that the young man making the wrap was new and had no idea how to fold it. It became a big mess. When I suggested he start over, he moved behind the cookie case so I couldn't see what he was doing. This is what I ended up with. When I asked for a cardboard drink tray he told me they don't carry those. 🤷

  The online orders are never accurate. My subs never get toasted, nor do I get any additional addons requested (such as smashed avacodo) despite paying extra.

  Very good food - subs, salads, breakfast subs, and pizza, good value, very kind employees, always clean restaurant, helpful with answering customers questions about the food.
