  Went and order subway inside. Guy that did my sandwich name is “sebastian.” Took couple bites and found a piece of hair in my sandwich. The guy didnt wear a beard net when working on my sandwich.

  This place has a weird vibe. Not welcoming and probably the worst customer service at a subway I've seen and I've been to 250 of them. My bread tasted like wet socks. Not cool. I don't know what they're doing here. And turn the music down for God sake.

  Owen was like really good and he needs a promotion. This was the best service I ever had. The sandwich's flavor was amazing. Once again Owen was very nice and helpful

  The last two times I went to this subway my sandwiches were not ready from an online order. First time no customers were in the lobby and they apparently "forgot" to make it. The second time I checked for it after 30 minutes and nothing. App said it would be ready in 15. I walked over there after 20 and nothing. Walked back after 30 and nothing. Now here I am back at work without lunch. Just checked back after and hour and nobody would even acknowledge me. Sub still was not ready. I don't even know how to get a refund at this point.
