Everytime I have to drop off something the people are super friendly & helpful!
The last time was returning a large rug & neede help putting it back in the original package. Not only did the gal hold the door for me so I could maneuver the 8x10 rug in but she said no problem she would take care of packing it up in the original package. I said I felt guilty just leaving her with the tas, but she got genuinely excited for the challenge to get it back in the original package! She assured me it was going to be fun for her & that I could go about my day. It was a relief bc I had a busy day of running to do. But would have happily stayed to help.

I had an outstanding experience at the FedEx location in Onalaska, WI. The store was clean, organized, and the service was fast and professional.
A special thank you to Wendy for her exceptional customer service. She was friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free.
It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent service. Wendy is a true asset to the team. Highly recommend this FedEx location!

According to FedEx's tracking, a shipment to La Crosse, WI from Rock Island, IL went through Chicago, got as far as Onalaska, WI (just 10 miles to go) before being routed to South Bend, Indiana. Then back to Chicago, left Chicago, returned to Chicago, left Chicago, returned to Chicago, left Chicago, got to La Crosse, went "out for delivery" on a Saturday but "no delivery attempted" so add more days of delay. It would make a great comedy, if it wasn't something I was counting on being delivered at least within a couple days of the original expected delivery date. The tracking suggests things were on track until it reached Onalaska, where it got routed to Indiana.
