  for starters, i understand i came 10 minutes before closing. it really shouldn’t have been as big of a deal as the employee made it. i got there and the employee looked at her watch and huffed and puffed. sara jean was great! the other younger lady, had enough sass to fill up the bread rack behind her. i seriously don’t think she said one word to me. she threw things around, slammed doors, etc. personally, i work in the restaurant/service industry and i don’t think i’d EVER treat a customer the way she did. so sad to see this place go down hill after being a repeating customer for so many years. OH! and there was a hair in my food, she also didn’t have her, shoulder length hair, up

  So disappointed in the only fast food type restaurant in my hometown!! I live in Winneconne but chose to come to Omro. First she came out from the back and didn't wash her hands like it says to do all over in there. Then when I asked for herbs and cheese bread she pulled out all kinds of burnt bread and said "I'll try to get you a soft one" . She had old food all over the place and had not cleaned up before making my sub, instead she just dragged my sandwich through nasty old crumbs and food and who knows what. Then because I asked for it toasted, her way of cleaning off the toaster was to bang the metal rack inside the garbage then put my sub directly on the rack....yuck!!!! Got home and threw my$12 rock hard, nasty, sub in the garbage!!! Eeeew!!! Hire better workers!! Ps I was the only one here, the store was dead . It was 2:00 in the afternoon.

  Fast friendly service. I was texting my friend while placing my order so the girl had 2 subs working at once. She didn't get upset that I had to wait for text replies to some of her questions. A real no hassle experience. I will go back there again.

  I live in town so I don't wanna drive out of my way to go to the one in Oshkosh... Walk in and all they have is flat bread and six inch wheat... Do your employees actually do anything Durning the day? Time to brush up on management......suprise suprise hasn't changed in a year got soggy cheese and brown lettuce
