  Went on my lunch break to wait in line for nothing! I ordered the protein wrap. As the employee was making it I kindly asked her to put onions. She stated we cant do that. I offered to pay extra and she still said no. Then I asked why she said if we do that for you we have to do that for everyone. I was very appalled!! She said it comes only as described no extra. The menu does not state "No Add ons" I told her I dont want it then. It cost more to waste the food than if I would've just paid extra. Their loss. I wont go there again!😡

  kaitlyn is the best subway employee. before i order online i say a little prayer that she will make it. when i send my man to get it the first question i ask is always “did kaitlyn make it?”

  Pregnant sandwich maker was the rudest person I have ever met. My 12 yr old son commented after we left "she wasn't very nice". You choose to work at Subway so if you aren't happy then quit or stop being snotty.
