I moved to the Oak Creek area about a month ago and I have probably had Wingstop from this location about five times but I won’t be going back after this most recent order. I ordered a combo for delivery which was $30 in total. This store forgot both my drink and fries- half of my order! I called the night of and they told me the manager wasn’t in and I’d need to call back today. I called this morning and spoke the store manager who said I’d need to call back when the district manager wasn’t in and he would give me a refund. Mind you, I had to wait on hold for quite a bit each time I called. Just now I called for a THIRD time and when I finally spoke with the manager, he only offered to refund me $6 - despite what the earlier manager had said. And honestly he had a bit of an attitude when I told him I was disappointed with that solution. I understand this is a small issue to most, but I’m a student and a server. I order Wingstop as a treat. I understand orders can be wrong (trust me we’ve had smaller issues with this location in the past), but my bigger issue was in how it was handled. I will no longer be ordering from this wingstop.

Every time I order delivery they are too incompetent to ring my doorbell to indicate the food has arrived. I have requested this in my delivery instructions, but they continue to throw my food on the ground and run.
