  Went in to ship a package - usually an easy process at post office or UPS store but wanted to try FedEx Everything went ok until the old guy that was ringing me up asked for my driver's license I asked why and he informed me he needs to scan it I was shipping a T-shirt not a gun or anything that would require an id They just want my information to sell or trade Went to the post office up the road and was able to ship package WITHOUT ID Will not be back

  Extremely disappointing experience at FedEx. I went in trying to ship a few simple documents to Hong Kong and was incorrectly told that I needed an EEI/export filing code in order to send them. This caused unnecessary stress, confusion, and wasted time. After researching the regulations myself, I confirmed that standard document shipments like mine are exempt from EEI filing requirements. Instead of helping, the employee confidently gave incorrect information and made the process far more complicated than it needed to be. They told me it would be over 400$ I ended up going to DHL, where they immediately knew how to handle the shipment professionally and had everything processed quickly with no issues. For an international shipping company, I expected much better training and knowledge from FedEx staff regarding basic international document shipments. It cost me 83$ to get it shipped at DHL.

  I had multiple boxes I was shipping and needed extra help with a few things. Mike and Steve at the Oak Creek Fed Ex location went above and beyond with customer service to make things easier for me. I really appreciated them going the extra mile and wanted to give them a shout out!

  Michael was the person that helped me out. He greeted me when I came through the door. He was very helpful and had a great attitude!
