  Worst experience. I was in a hurry and I called in to see if they had the product I needed because I wasn't finding it at other locations. The guy was very short with me, told me they had plenty and when I asked him to pull one aside so I could just grab and pay, he hung up on me. When I got in store (because I needed it) the guy there couldn't tell me who answered the phone but it wasn't him. They only had 1 of the product I wanted, and it was priced approx 35% higher than it was on their location website. And looking at it now, the packaging has been opened and isn't sealed. Never coming back here, or ANY of their locations. I work at a corporate retail store myself and I NEVER treat clients like this.

  Kathy was so very helpful today when our car battery died in a nearby parking lot. Her service allowed us to determine the problem and fix it quickly! She was not able to change the battery herself due to policy but stayed with us the whole time we changed it out which was so kind of her. Truly appreciated all her help!

  I tried to return a defective battery that I had purchased a month ago and never used however, the Manager was too busy sitting at the counter on her phone to help me. even though the battery had not been used and was detective, I was not given a refund or store credit. I’m out 50 bucks and learn my lesson a hard way. I will go to Menards or Home Depot or Lowe’s next time!
