Phone service is good and price is good. Unfortunately it seems that the workers get no training and they rarely have any good phones in stock. Make it impossible to help out someone if you ain't on the account

I went to add a friend to my plan and found out that I was overpaying She adjusted my bill so it's $20 cheaper a month. Then she got me hooked up Excellent customer service

If I could give this a 0 I would. Been a customer for years & never had a problem till now. Had an issue come up yesterday where the phone is saying no Sim card/no service. The time on the door says open m-f 10-8. Open sat at 10. I get there Friday night at 730 to get the issue resolved...closed. go there this morning at 10am when they're supposed to be open. Customers are standing outside to be taken care of. Store not open. Employee comes out to say that they're won't open till 11. I have to be at work at 11 & need my phone. This problem needs to be rectified or you'll end up losing a long time customer
I've been a Cricket Wireless customer for a long time, always owning my device rather than getting one on a plan. I recently upgraded and stopped in the store to do my data transfer, just in case there were any hiccups along the way. I never did catch her name, but the employee that day was cordial, welcoming and helpful, never making me feel like my task there was any inconvenience even though I bought nothing that day.
