  I visited your store on 9/5 to purchase a case for my phone and a screen protector for my son's phone. The store was busy and right away, I was greeted by Giovanni and proceeded to take care of me. He was very helpful and helped me get what I needed. He is definitely a great employee to have there.

  The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn’t give them 0! I drove 20 minutes to go to their store because it’s closer to my home than any other one and I needed to get a family member set up with a phone. Well I got there at 2pm. The hours said 10am-8pm. The doors were locked! Nobody was there, no note saying be right back, no nothing! I went back to my vehicle and called their number and it kept ringing and then it just hung up! Not even a voicemail!!! What kind of business is this place????

  They don't collaborate to cancel lines they don't collaborate to make a payment of their line they don't want to collaborate to be able to do their services bad to the customer I don't know why they have an open store if they can't collaborate for the services to pay their customer line or to cancel the customer line bad staff that serves customers
