  The only reason I gave them 1 star is because I couldn’t give them 0! I drove 20 minutes to go to their store because it’s closer to my home than any other one and I needed to get a family member set up with a phone. Well I got there at 2pm. The hours said 10am-8pm. The doors were locked! Nobody was there, no note saying be right back, no nothing! I went back to my vehicle and called their number and it kept ringing and then it just hung up! Not even a voicemail!!! What kind of business is this place????

  They don't collaborate to cancel lines they don't collaborate to make a payment of their line they don't want to collaborate to be able to do their services bad to the customer I don't know why they have an open store if they can't collaborate for the services to pay their customer line or to cancel the customer line bad staff that serves customers

  Phone service is good and price is good. Unfortunately it seems that the workers get no training and they rarely have any good phones in stock. Make it impossible to help out someone if you ain't on the account

  I went to add a friend to my plan and found out that I was overpaying She adjusted my bill so it's $20 cheaper a month. Then she got me hooked up Excellent customer service
