    I rate 0/5 stars. It is shown to close at 9 and there have been several occasions where I drive to subway at 8-8:30 and the workers are closing. I walked up to the door at 8:30 and the woman behind the counter walked over and locked the door once she saw us. The service is completely unreliable and extremely poor. It is rude to close early and not post it online. Please fix this for the future, or don’t waste your time driving here.

    Card reader wouldn’t go through until I punched in amount. So I punched in my total for a sub combo. Appears it was for a tip that I wasn’t going to give. Lady says I don’t know how to refund me. I said, Merry Christmas! She didn’t even reply with a thankyou. Rude!!!

    Absolutely horrible service, the older lady there should look for a different career. She's highly disrespectful and rude. On my sub, I asked to add mayo, and she simply said I could not. I guess Subway hires anyone off the streets.

    I'll never go to this Subway location again. I've walked out before due to delays, but wanted a convenient option tonight. When entering I saw 2 people getting service in front or me. But the 2 person staff working looked frazzled. My son ordered first. A very simple order. The person who I won't describe, but who'll know if they read this; didn't get one of the pieces correct. This isn't such a big deal but points to a greater issue, if you continue reading. Then she, asked me. So I had 2 footlong subs. She said I could have anything for 1 of them but what I orders. Why? Oh and online double order something or other and then ...... So I said. Well, that's an online order. I'm here. Then she got snappy, rude, messy with not only my orders by assembling my son's. It was just a downhill experience from there. This was not some gen y, teen or first job ever who still needed to learn customer service. My complain can easily fall flat due to my first sentence but I'd hope that future customers can get what they're paying for How many meatballs in a 6in of footlong? How should an adult, earning money at a job greet and handle customers?
