  I came during an off time with no other customers behind me in line and had to tell the only guy working who was about to start making my sandwich to change his gloves after handling cash from the customer in front of me. I’m sorry but that’s basic food handling skills. Gross.

  I ordered through my app from this store accidentally, that part was on me. But as for how the rest of this story goes it was not handled well. After hitting place my order I realized I made a mistake and called immediately. From the time I hit that button to the time I called was no more than 2mins. When the gentleman picked up the phone I explained I made a mistake and ordered from the wrong store and I was 5 hrs away. He told me my sandwich was already made. I could barely understand anything else he said after that. I said there's no way you made my sandwich I'm just wanting a refund as I ordered from the wrong store and this was my mistake. He then said no refund sandwich already made I said that's impossible there's no way you already made the sandwich!! After that he got louder on the phone as did I so I just hung up on him. I didn't get refunded obviously I never received my sandwich. Moral of the story watch what store your ordering from because once that order is placed mistake or not you're not getting a refund. This could have been handled better.

  TERRIBLE! Do not ever come here worst experience ever! The people there do not speak English. I bought a 6.99 meal deal (a 6”) and they charged me $10 for a footlong. Also I asked for only a little bit of jalapeños and they gave me 20. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER COME HERE! Also Teryaki chicken sandwich is disgusting.
