  I walked in to get my grandson a kids deal and was greeted so to speak by a grumpy worker who obviously hates her job. Did not like her approach as she was placing rugs behind the counter. I heard her ask me what I wanted but was waiting for her to show up at the sandwich part. When I didn’t respond she asked me again in the same grumpy manner to which I responded a kids deal. At some point she started to call me dear. It did not sit well with me as she remained terribly unfriendly. I smiled at her while ordering hoping she’d get the hint. When I paid I tipped her more than the card station was asking not bc she deserved it but I thought I could get her to change her attitude. As I left I said I hope you can find something to smile about. When in a customer service job it’s important to be friendly at least with your attitude. Apparently my daughter knew exactly who I was talking about as I relayed my experience. It’s sad. To that young woman my advice is to put a smile on your face if you plan to continue to work this job. Honey attracts more flies as well as a good attitude attracts more customers. I’m sorry I stopped.

  Condiments were mostly gone. Every bread was gone EXCEPT Italian herbs and cheese. The only cheese available was American cheese. The girl working at 8PM on 8/8/25 was extremely rude. We had more food than we could physically carry in one trip and the girl refused give us a bag. When the malw worker in back tried to come up and help she audibly screamed at him and berated him. I normally don't make negative reviews like this unless they're earned and this one was earned as it was the second time in a week that we've had this experience. We will not patronize this Sub-way as long as she's behind the counter.
