  Food was good & fresh. My issue was the younger lady working, she was in the back doing something. I wasn’t in rush or anything. She comes & makes my order I could just tell she had an attitude. Rushed my sub my mayo was only on one side. Just wasn’t a pleasant experience. I felt like I was bothering her when it’s her job. The night of 10/1/26

  oh my LORD i have been absolutely flabbergasted. This Woman. Omg! See now, I walked right up in there and immediately i got a nasty look! The girl was not even wearing gloves! she asked me what i wanted as she stood behind the counter on her phone. I didn't say anything, expecting her to come over and she again with a GRUMPY attitude said "What DO YOU WANT" as she walked over and slammed her phone on the counter, this lady proceeded not to use gloves. she again asked what i wanted and when i said Herban Italian she said all the had was the flat bread. i agreed to it but all the stuff was out so i had to get my grandbaby a flatbread with lettuce pickle ham and mayonnaise. disappointed.

  Very quick service, not the most personable staff but my food was made perfectly and quickly!

  Refused to make my sandwich the way I asked. I can't stand the cheese first it makes the bread soggy and a pile of mush. Second sandwich asked for mayo. A GIANT glob just in the middle of the sandwich. Worker was extremely rude and hateful. Terrible place, sucks it's the one closest to.

  I walked in to get my grandson a kids deal and was greeted so to speak by a grumpy worker who obviously hates her job. Did not like her approach as she was placing rugs behind the counter. I heard her ask me what I wanted but was waiting for her to show up at the sandwich part. When I didn’t respond she asked me again in the same grumpy manner to which I responded a kids deal. At some point she started to call me dear. It did not sit well with me as she remained terribly unfriendly. I smiled at her while ordering hoping she’d get the hint. When I paid I tipped her more than the card station was asking not bc she deserved it but I thought I could get her to change her attitude. As I left I said I hope you can find something to smile about. When in a customer service job it’s important to be friendly at least with your attitude. Apparently my daughter knew exactly who I was talking about as I relayed my experience. It’s sad. To that young woman my advice is to put a smile on your face if you plan to continue to work this job. Honey attracts more flies as well as a good attitude attracts more customers. I’m sorry I stopped.
