  Just a very unsettling atmosphere with condescending employees. I found the manager James to be condescending and unhelpful. The young female employee was very condescending and unkind to me in multiple occasions. She is not very helpful and seems to be untrained, especially in printing. I went to other printing places, and the employees were so much kinder and welcoming, so that confirms my belief. I would not have left a review, but this was the second time from the young lady. *Update*: After leaving this review, I received a response from management, which I’ve included below. My original review was based on how I felt I was treated during my visits, not the technical details of the order. After this exchange, I still feel my concerns about the interaction we’re not acknowledged, which is why I’m sharing this follow up.

  UPS policy is to be able to send firearms to FFL dealers and comply with all shipping regulations. Had a UPS label from shipmygun.com Stated my case even showed UPS emails to confirm UPS policy. Lady made no effort to consult and an extra effort to at least check into it.Changed store location to Appleton, zero issues and great service Neenah terrible customer service, disappointed.

  I wish I would have caught the name of the woman who assisted me today because she was wonderful. She was on the phone with another customer when I arrived and handled the call in a patient, friendly and helpful manner. Then she proceeded to help the three of us in line. Extremely efficient, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. It appears she was the only person working during that time frame, and she handled the needs of four customers in less than 5 minutes. Best part of it was her kind smile and enthusiastic nature. Many thanks for starting my day on a positive note!

  Have had some mixed experiences here. A package being lost and told it never arrived at this store (it actually did) and then working with the 1-800 number they gave me to call. Did so, and they told me it was at the store. Went back to store and was told they didn't have it by one of the staff members. They told me to call again, and did just that. A side note: staff at the Oshkosh UPS portal were very helpful in telling me that it was at the store. Went back to store and got it (this was a day or so apart) only to hear it was at the store the entire time. I'm telling you I was ready to pop. Not ever overly friendly at any time at the UPS store during all this. I understand staff shortages last summer but doesn't warrant the standoff-ish service. Deserves a lower rating but the more I thought about it, I ended up getting my package in the end....not damaged so I can deal with the inconvenience, I suppose. Fast forward to today. My wife called to ask about needing a return slip or if email on phone would do. Not overly friendly here either. I mean, sheesh! Hate to be the keyboard warrior, but apparently some things do change. Read all reviews for this store. There are other stores out there too- just remember that. Now I suppose here is where the store manager will respond to say how staff followed their protocol and did everything right. Nothing was an error on their part at all, and no apologies are sent one way or the other. Enter response in 3....2.....1...... I would love to discuss, as today's events reaggravated my frustrations with this store from about a year ago....
