  Turned online ordering off while manager on vacation very inconvenient when most coupons are " online only " wont return to this location.

  I am working at a job site in Neenah and was looking to have a decent lunch. I walked in the building and it appeared that the air-conditioning was not working and it was very hot in there. The food was not any better. I was met with a young lady that seemed to have an attitude problem and hated her job. As far as the actual food, the bread was over baked and very tough. Will not be visiting this subway ever again.

  Asked to have meat heated. Was made fun of for not having it toasted. Didn't know how to heat only the meat. Despite having asked multiple times not to heat the bread. Didn't ask what cheese just put on whatever so I left and went else where. Maybe you should train your staff.
