  Apparently making a sandwich is an advanced skill at this Subway\. Only TWO types of bread available\. The sandwich wasn’t cut at all\. Meat that was supposed to be WARMED UP? Served cold instead\. Because apparently “warm” is just a fun suggestion here\. Called the store to address it and got rude customer service before they HUNG UP on me\. Two kinds of bread, an uncut sandwich, cold meat, and customer service that disconnects when confronted with a complaint\. I ordered a sub, not an escape room\. ⭐️ for the food\. ⭐️ for the customer service\. And that’s generous\.

  Both employees sat on their phones ignoring everyone waiting in the front to take orders. People actually left it took so long. The only people in front of me said they were here for 30 minutes without even getting a sandwich. This is pretty typical for this location and it’s happened almost every time. If you are in a rush do NOT order from here! It doesn’t matter if you order ahead of time either because it will not get done any sooner.

  Both employees were awesome. This location in Neenah had problems in the past and was closed for a period. Good to see everything is back to normal and doing well.

  So I seen a sign on the door that said buy one get one half off after 4:00 p.m. so I mentioned that to the gentleman was making my sandwich his manager yelled something and went to the door and rip the sign up so we're not affiliated with Subway we don't do what they do and we're not cooperating with that sign and this is in Neenah Wisconsin so I ended up not ordering and walking out because the place looked dirty the meat look bad flies were in the restaurant and the young kid working behind the counter had an attitude

  I order two subs and first of all they never have bread, and I order it for 11:20 on line and it is all must 12:00 and it is still not made and the person answer the phone was very rude and I will never go there again
