  Order online with the app, no toasted, but I get toasted…..go into store the worker asked if I want it toasted, I say no, she put cold steak on a steak and cheese, toasted is the bun, you don’t toast meat. They cover the meat products with the metal tray. Sandwich is never right, if you order 10x, 9 1/2 will be wrong.

  Went there and asked if I could use a coupon for buy one get one free foot long. She said yes but would not let me use it for certain sandwiches. The foot long steak and cheese she made had barely any meat. I know they’re portioned out but I think she used one container for the whole thing instead of per half. I couldn’t see her because she was hidden behind pans when she did that and I got it to go so I didn’t see it until I opened it and it was mostly all bread. The other sub was fine. I will not go back there.

  The worker clearly didn’t care about listening to what we asked for. Gave me a dirty look when I reminded him what I had already asked for. I think maybe he should have taken his ear buds out and pretended he enjoys getting a paycheck. I’ve eaten here plenty in the past and have never had these problems with the workers before. Very sad to return and receive that kind of treatment. Foods warm and decent and that’s why I gave y’all 2stars.

  Went in for a sub. The woman had her mask at her chin. I motionee and even said for her to pull it up. She said "oh no, I've just been here and home" and did not pull it up. Both nose and mouth were exposed. Especially for a food business, employees should have masks properly on when making subs. I used to love that place and even worked there awhile back. So disappointed.
