Got an online order today, they missed toasting one of the subs. They added tomatoes when it wasn't on the order at all. They also skipped out on the "xtra" designations on certain ingredients. Its written on a piece of paper, if you miss that, you're just not detail oriented. It's sad that just because a customer isn't standing over your shoulder, that you cant get an order correct.
The owner of this place has always had an issue about me asking for an extra sauce cup. Makes a face, a comment, something. Today's online order they filled the cup 1/8 of the way. I even offered up an explanation this time, that it's for a medical reason(swallowing issue). I cant stand stingy people, I'd come here 3x more and leave a 5 star review if he handed it out full and with a smile.
Id imagine he thinks its a drain on revenue, but the true drain is not taking care of customers that might stop more often if you treated them well. I called and the owner didnt offer anything up as a fix, asked me what I wanted.
I said I think you should refund the order and to his credit, he did, but it was evident he had an issue doing so. I asked him, "don't you think thats the right thing to do?" He said im just gunna do it im not going to comment. This is business ethics 101 and I have a feeling the reason he feels pressed when the right thing is obvious, has something to do with his attitude and the results it is producing.

Food tastes great! Service was immaculate! Came in around 3pm on a Saturday - The young woman with gold hoops was absolutely phenomenal! Best sandwich maker I've ever seen at a subway! She deserves a promotion and more pay, she's carrying the sub shop! Would come back for the service and subs :)

I've only been to this subway three times and each time I've had issues. First time, my sandwich was put together by a man who didn't seem to know what he was doing and put it together so poorly that it was falling apart when I got home to eat it.
Second time, it was done dairly well but I paid for 4 cookies and only got two, I hadn't noticed since I was on a phone call and needed to rush. I double checked with the woman and she said it was all four. Her coworker also REEKED of Marijuana and was practically falling asleep at the station.
Third time, just a few hours ago, was my last straw. It says online EVERYWHERE that they close at 9:00pm, I arrived there at 8:00pm and they had locked the doors and turned off the open sign but there were two boys, clearly not employees as they had left while I was sitting in my car. The two employees, heavier set men, were staring at me in my car and laughing before shutting off the lights and leaving the store through the back.

Place looked run down and dirty, all the drinks in the fountain needed replacement, employees looked all high and zoning out, they kept asking the same questions twice and kept saying huh, the food tasted good but the subs gave me and my significant other food poisoning, just felt like they didn't want to be there, all the cheese looked like it was sitting out for hours not being kept cold.
