  No sense of urgency in getting sandwiches done in a decent amount of time. Bins were essentially empty or what was in them was old. I asked for new spinach and they gave me the old stuff anyways. I had already been in like for like 10-15 mins so I was like screw it I’ll pick it off. I’m craving it, paid $17 for it. If I get sick from it I can’t be surprised but what’s going ON at this location??

  I placed an order on the app, it said it would be ready 6:25. I even tipped a little.. you know, to ensure proper service. Well I get there a couple mins early, sandwiches aren't waiting for me. No big deal. I stand and wait a little. some people come in and stand behind me. I tell them to "go on ahead, I placed a mobile order. " An employee hears me say that and asks the name on the order, I told him, and he appologized and said they haven't had time to make them yet. Okaaay, no biggie. I sit down and wait. The employee then does a few things and a few moments later asks the people I told to go ahead "what can I make for you?" The people told them to make my sandwiches first.... I then piped up told him, just forget it, its been almost 45 minutes at this point. Make their sandwiches, and cancel my order. So what mainly annoyed me, I pre-tipped them. You don't have to roll out the red carpet, but do the bare minimum and have my food ready approximately the time stated or have a reason other than "we didn't have time to make them yet". While taking other peoples orders while I am standing there, before starting mine.... Am I being unreasonable? I share this as constructive criticism and hope you all can perhaps have a team meeting and realize you need to prepare the mobile orders as they come in, not your current strategy of just waiting until you have no other customers.

  First order, they forgot my chips. Second order, they forgot my chips and cookies. Third order, they made the sandwiches wrong; had to have them re-do, glad husb noticed that before he got home. Manager is never there when i call. Not impressed.
