  Small place, employee that was working there was friendly. Wasn't busy, so quick in and out. Was a bit of a drive for me to get there. Just wish there was a location in Wausau/Weston to visit in person to do business as well. Parking lot could be improved.

  I had a package that was supposed to come Monday through mosinee Wisconsin FedEx and it said delay has happened and it said out for delivery and I never got the package so it was ganna get delivered today Tuesday and it said out for delivery at 3.am so I expected it to be at my house it never arrived as it still says arriving today witch is complete bs idk why they have it when I'm over an hour away from them it got delayed twice and Im pissed about it so I'ma call customer support tomorrow and they aren't gonna be happy with me. I want my package and they never delivered it. Why do they have it when I'm over an hour away all my other packages go to my local post office what a joke

  Drivers are super slow, support is super slow, drivers consistently no showing with no notes. Do not ship with fedex ever. Use UPS or USPS when possible instead

  Well Fedex is NO Better! Took a fairly large box to the Mosinee Location…Watched it being scanned in…the first attempt the lady said it wouldn’t scan then she said it went! Got a receipt and tracking number! Sort of forgot about it and somewhere along the line lost my receipt! Went back to Fedex to see why the Tracking hasn’t moved in over a week! Was told the tracking number wasn’t active and package was never scanned! It was a prepaid label! Contacted the Business and was told the Label was Cancelled! Went back to Fedex to retrieve my package since it was Never Scanned and had not moved and was Told They Didn’t have it and didn’t know where it was! Talked to the manager Dave and he was going to investigate but when he couldn’t figure it out he said “Good Luck” I am out $268!

  These people wouldn’t even qualify to be door dash delivery drivers. They are so lazy, they can’t even get out of their truck and walk a package up the driveway. I have video of the driver just throwing it out the door of his truck. Ever heard of porch pirates? Leave it at the end of my driveway to be stolen? This is a regular practice by these contractors for Fedex. I cringe in fear when I see something is going to be delivered by these idiots.
