  Can’t use any of the promo deals EVER for this location. Had six pop up and only one that worked was 2 dollars off. I go in and they changed where you pick up your orders to behind the counter so I waited in the line for so long just for them to say oh it’s finished and has been the whole time I was there (probably ten minutes). We get the food and neither of our food are correct. Missing the sauces, missing the avacado that you have to pay extra for, sandwich wasn’t toasted. Can’t find anywhere to to a survey contacted help desk never got anything back. Waste of money and time.

  Went in last night and the two girls working the one decided it would be a great idea to take an online order that was huge when she had me and other people in line to order which makes no sense at all like the people in line should be first priority you would think and do the order when you don’t have a customer then the other girl starts blabbing about how she feels and what she thinks I’m sorry but no one cares do your job instead of socializing. That was disrespectful service so we left!

  Monroe location doesn't honor any promo deals from the app. Its the only location in the area that does this. The owners must be greedy. I have stopped going to this location because of this. I used to spend about $100 per month at this location for work lunches and parties.
