  If you order through door dash you’ll have a constant issue with them forgetting food. Also good luck calling the store any time you have an issue with your order. Employees will leave you on hold for 15+ minutes at non busy times. This place needs to really get their customer service stuff in order and learn how to put everything in the bag.

  I placed my order and they gave it to me incomplete. Even though the bag said the correct order and the receipt too. They should check the orders more at the time of delivery

  My voodoo fries barely has Cajun seasoning, it’s filled with salt-fry seasoning. My Boneless wings have no sauce on it, even I have requested to make it wet.

  20 Boneless wings so hard I couldn't eat them. I tried to eat 3 and my gums hurt. Everything was cold, the fries were ice cold. The only thing good was the ranch. Just gave money away and spoiled my appetite.
