  This is the fourth time I’ve ordered from this location and that I’ve paid extra for drum sticks plus a great tip for Uber/Doorfash and they’ve gotten it wrong. They keep messing up the order. I keep trying to give this location a chance but this is own too many times they’ve gotten it wrong. Not fair for the uber/doordash driver to go back and get an order that should have been done right to begin with. When this location opened it was so good and the customer service was great. Don’t know whats changed. Perhaps staff has changed! The head Manager or the guy who runs the place under the owner also isn’t friendly or helpful. So frustrating especially after not eating all day and working to have your order not done properly. Please teach your workers the difference between drums and flats!!!!

  Every time I order from here my food never comes! I speak to the employees and it’s always a negative response or attitude. I absolutely understand ordering from a third party that they are only limited to certain tasks, but there needs to be better customer service!

  This location fell off so bad, last 3 times I went were horrible. They were good the first couple months but now they are probably one of the worst locations. Don’t even get me started on customer service they’re becoming worse than Popeyes
