Alana at the UPS store was so helpful in figuring out the best way to ship it (removing the wheels and anti tip guards to fit in a smaller box) I had already called another UPS store where the be person on the phone told me she wasn’t sure they could do it. I was so relieved when Alana was able to figure out a solution so I could go ahead and enjoy the rest of my trip for a family wedding. Thank you so much.
