  Rose was patient and kind. She helped us to navigate a large return with many small parts. We had confusion on whether or not some of the items went to Whole Foods or the UPS store. She sorted it all out and made it make sense!

  On May 10, 2026, an international shipment was processed at The UPS Store #2324 in Milwaukee, including a return shipping label. The return label was prepared incorrectly (Employee mistake) which resulted in the return shipment failing once the package reached its destination and created a significant issue. When the problem was reported on June 3, staff refused to acknowledge any error. Even after presenting confirmation from UPS Customer Service on June 4 that the label had been incorrectly created, the store did not accept responsibility or provide a proper resolution. The staff seemed untrained in handling international shipping procedures, and the store owner acted in an arrogant and dismissive manner, making unprofessional remarks instead of assisting with a solution. Overall, the experience demonstrated poor customer service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional conduct at this location. I do not recommend using this store for international shipping services.

  Sony was super helpful and patient getting our package ready and in the system to go to our home after our trip to WI. Great service. Fast. Not a busy or crowded lobby despite it being the weekend at noon. Thanks again to Sony and the rest of the staff here!

  I had multiple shipping to new addresses, all the personnel were helpful in figuring out best packaging and process. Santhoshi was very helpful in the best cost option and she kept other customers happy too as she was able to answer their questions while finishing my work.

  I had an amazing experience at UPS thanks to Prahlad! From the moment I walked in, he provided outstanding customer service and went completely above and beyond to help me. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in helping customers, and Prahlad made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. UPS is lucky to have someone so dedicated and kind representing their company. Thank you again for the exceptional service!
