  The veggies looked horrible lettuce was rotten and still serving I complained he told me that how it comes I said bullshit he went to get fresh lettuce very nasty place

  Ever since the ownership has changed, this place has gone down hill. Employees use to be friendly and customer service oriented. Now it’s factory work and lifeless. They are extremely stingy on their portions. They give way less meat, cheese and veggies than the subway on Layton and inside Princeton club. I asked for jalapeños, literally put 5 on a footlong sub. I asked for more 5 times and each time the lady put TWO pieces on. I will continue to go to the subway in Princeton club and to cousins from now on.

  Just went in and he refused to serve me! I get that it's CLOSE to closing but according to the time posted...you are NOT closed! Extremely rude and unprofessional. The last time I was there I ordered through this location my sub was extremely messed up. I let it go but after today's experience I had to let it be known that this location is awful for multiple reasons. Very unfortunate that I live a block away but will commute from here on out!

  Here right now sitting down eating my food, after being rushed to order 3 six inch sandwiches just for the lady to sit down on the bench and watch her music videos on her phone. I had to pretty much raise my voice to tell her to slow down on rushing me to complete my order. Absolutely will never come back to this establishment. Rude women and not welcoming.

  Came in and used a coupon for a footlong meal. I wanted extra mayo on my sub and the guy said 3 passes is the max. I’ve never been told this at any subway I’ve ever been to. He also said I couldn’t get a Celsius as the drink. Worst subway ever I won’t be back.
