  Will accept online orders and then when you go to pick it up they have the door locked and you can’t get your food.

  Came into this subway and ordered a Turkey sandwich footlong heated on Italian bread. I wanted the meat and the cheese heated on the bread, but not the bread toasted, but they gave me the sandwich and the meat was burnt! this is the first time I have ever had meat burnt on my sandwich, and I was told by the male worker that this was the only way the sandwich could be done. I asked for a different sandwich and he immediately got defensive and said I needed to pay again. The Manager then offered to give my money back as if I was trying to run a scam (please note that I took one bite of the sandwich and it tasted awful). I told him I didn't want my Money back and I wanted a sandwich and that I've been here before and I never had any problems. after being so rude he finally gave me another sandwich and he told me the bread had to be toasted for the meat to be cooked on the sandwich, which isn't true. he was extremely aggressive and made it seem like we came in here and wanted to get a free sandwich, and that wasn't true. We just wanted the sandwich to be made right. the male worker told us to not come back. Very poor customer service and I will never come back to this subway ever again. be aware of this subway!! Very rude and unprofessional service

  I am visiting the city to see a comedy show tonight. I passed this Subway down the street from the theater and went to purchase a footlong Subway cookie, I LOVE THEM. A young Indian women mopping the floor stared at me from the inside as if she never seen an African American man before after I asked her politely from outside the store if they were still open. An older Indian woman came out the back as I entered the store to make my order than bring me up. While doing this she also proceeded to stare at me then pushed my order a bit towards me so I can retrieve it on my own. My parents fostered me in an environment growing up where we had friends and family of all cultures/skin colors in our lives. The looks I got here made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I thanked them both, took my order and left. Not sure if I would visit this location again in the future. This type of experience, I just do not tolerate.
