  I'm very disappointed. Our last order a few weeks ago was made perfectly. Young woman was working that night. This evening it was two young men. Wife and I always order the same sandwich. Have been for almost a year. The young woman excelled at making it exactly the way we order it. This evening my sandwich was cold. Supposed to be toasted. With steak and cheese on the bread and warmed. I order vinegar and oil. Receipt clearly says vinegar and oil. Extra tomatoes very red and ripe please. I get no vinegar and oil. Not toasted, tomatoes were pink at best and tasteless. If they had any taste at all it would be Styrofoam. Leading me to believe they were obtained at Sam's club or Walmart. About the only good things are 1- it was ready when they said it would be and 2- it was almost double meat. For 4.00 they should DOUBLE the meat. I'm also thoroughly disappointed with the recent bogo deal. Only participating stores. Apparently they're very rare. None of the stores we have access to will do the bogo deal and it doesn't even show up on our sub club. Codes found online don't work either. Very dissatisfied with the service and sandwich. One job. Read the list and put it on bread. Guys looked like deer in headlights when I walked in. Both seemed genuinely surprised to see someone picking up a order

  Will accept online orders and then when you go to pick it up they have the door locked and you can’t get your food.

  Came into this subway and ordered a Turkey sandwich footlong heated on Italian bread. I wanted the meat and the cheese heated on the bread, but not the bread toasted, but they gave me the sandwich and the meat was burnt! this is the first time I have ever had meat burnt on my sandwich, and I was told by the male worker that this was the only way the sandwich could be done. I asked for a different sandwich and he immediately got defensive and said I needed to pay again. The Manager then offered to give my money back as if I was trying to run a scam (please note that I took one bite of the sandwich and it tasted awful). I told him I didn't want my Money back and I wanted a sandwich and that I've been here before and I never had any problems. after being so rude he finally gave me another sandwich and he told me the bread had to be toasted for the meat to be cooked on the sandwich, which isn't true. he was extremely aggressive and made it seem like we came in here and wanted to get a free sandwich, and that wasn't true. We just wanted the sandwich to be made right. the male worker told us to not come back. Very poor customer service and I will never come back to this subway ever again. be aware of this subway!! Very rude and unprofessional service
