  You'd think the employees pay out if pocket per vegetable with how light they put everything. thought maybe it was because I mobile ordered, nope its just as bad in person. if u want a 17$ flattened soggy piece of bread with a single slice of meat and cheese though this place is for you

  We ordered sandwiches online for pick up. One of them was a veggie delight. When we arrived, they informed us that they were out of lettuce, spinach, and tomatoes. The veggie delight only had cheese (no extra like I ordered) and the veggies requested. No phone call, message, or email sent to us to let us know they were out of THE one thing needed for a veggie delight (lettuce/spinach). This is so disappointing and not what we paid for - $50 (including tip).

  Absolutely terrible experience! The restaurant closes at 10pm, I get there at 9:36 and the employee literally locked the door and said “no we are closed”. I can tell he just wanted to go home early and didn’t want to offer good customer service! I will never go to this Subway location ever again!
