I run a wedding floral business from my home, and I somehow missed delivery for one of my Monday morning fresh flower deliveries. I panicked not knowing if I'd have to wait until the next day for redelivery, if they'd all be dead by then, etc. as I've never missed one before! I tried calling FedEx but everything is run by robots these days. So I drove to this location to get help figuring out how I could get my flowers the fastest. The employee at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. I believe her name was Pam. She took my number and said she'd get in contact with the driver to try to get them redelivered today. She called me back within a couple hours to say my flowers would be delivered within the next hour and they were. I am so grateful for her kindness and help today!!!

Customer service at the 3rd St. Facility front desk was very good. I had challenges with the delivery of a perishable item and was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the pickup process. One star deducted due to an unpleasant phone interaction with a different local employee before driving there.
