  I had an important package I was awaiting and it had to be taken back to this facility because the shipping label was missing my apartment number. It was a high value item that needed to be authenticated, so it going back to the shipper would have created quite the headache. I came in with my ID and a piece of mail to verify my address, and of course the tracking number. The guy behind the counter was very understanding and was able to retrieve the package for me. Because of his outstanding dedication to customer service, I was able to avoid all the hassle it getting sent back would have caused. I didn't catch his name, but he's a true MVP!

  They fake trying to deliver packages and then leave without knocking or ringing the doorbell. Don't use fedex
